It may sound confusing to say the Industrial Industry, but supplying our fellow manufacturing neighboring businesses with components that their equipment is unable to complete is how TEDCO got its start. Supporting other local sheet metal professionals was a great way to establish ourselves as a top leader in the field and led to decades-long relationships with similar companies. When the workload becomes overwhelming, jobs can be contracted out to trusted industrial shops to help meet fast-approaching deadlines. Many times over the years, we have helped other metal suppliers, and in rare cases, the other way around.
It is important to maintain these relationships to learn from one another, borrow tooling for complex projects, or to meet to ask for advice and get feedback. When the industrial industry as a whole is successful, we all win.
